You came into my life one August
day,
“My beautiful daughter,” was all I
could say.
With hair of dark brown; eyes of
blue,
Immediately, I was in love with you.
They took you from me, way too soon,
I was left, with such sadness and
gloom.
But we stayed in each other’s heart,
From there, we will never have to
part.
They couldn’t take our love away,
Although with me you didn’t stay.
They have you still, that is true,
But they can never, stop my love for
you.
I miss you, I know you miss me too,
I hope one day, to again be with
you.
I know the lies, they must be
telling you,
Don’t believe them, they’re not
true.
They do not know the real me,
The person they wouldn’t allow me to
be.
I am forever your mother,
There can never be another.
If you ever need me, I’ll be there,
Each night I say a Prayer.
That soon, you will be with me,
Together, forever, the way it was
meant to be.
I must close now, but always know,
My love is with you, wherever you
go.
For My
Daughter, Vicky
with all my
love, Mom
