I
whispered your name into the summer breeze,
As it floated away, I hoped you’d find your way
to me.
I have desperate thoughts, that you will never
return,
And I remember your touch, oh, how my skin would
burn.
The
love we shared was so wonderful and sweet,
I long again that our two hearts should meet.
I will never give up my hopes of being in your
arms again,
Sharing what we once shared, and loving you
again.
I
hear the summer breeze, as to me, it returns my
name,
I know you are out there somewhere, wishing for
the same.
Hold tight the memories my love, as we listen to
the winds,
It is only miles that separate us, we shall be
together again.
