What you’re looking for is not in that bottle, joint or pill.

Things you use to make you feel better will eventually kill.

I don’t say this to criticize or lecture,

But because I’ve been there, and know it’s not the answer.

 

You have reached an all time low

Now looking up is the only way to go.

You think now that you’re not loved,

But you’re wrong, just look above.

 

He loves you so much he gave his only son,

He loved you even before you were born.

He doesn’t want you to hurt, or your life to feel so dim,

He’s waiting there with open arms, waiting for you to turn to him.
